1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using Micord ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Micord. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Micord is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

You may not create accounts using automated means, create multiple accounts to abuse our systems, or impersonate other people or entities.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post ("User Content"). By submitting User Content to Micord you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes any third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users.
• Transmit malware, spam, or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

The Micord name, logo, and all related marks, designs, and software are the exclusive property of Micord Inc. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use any Micord trademark, trade name, or logo.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Micord does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Micord shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
